When your parcel arrives, please inspect it carefully before signing for it. If you see that the package is tampered with or damaged, do not accept it and inform the delivery person immediately. This helps us ensure your order is handled properly.

2.      When Can You Return?
We accept returns in the following situations:

✅ The item is damaged or defective.

3.      How to Return

Once we review and approve your request, we’ll guide you on how to send the item back.

4.      Important Notes
❌ Returns are not accepted if the parcel has been tampered with after delivery.
❌ Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect ordering.
❌ Please do not send the item back without prior approval from our team.
❌ An unedited opening video may be required as part of the return process for verification purposes.
✅ Refund or exchange will be processed once we receive the parcel back and confirm that it is in its original condition.

    ✅ Refunded amount will be credited within 10-15 days in original payment mode.

    ✅ Exchanged product will be delivered within 7-10 working days .
